When to Call the Labor and Employee Relations team

Assistance needed in dispute and/or conflict resolution: We empower supervisors and employees to resolve disputes or conflicts through communication.

Performance Management Consultation: Coaching supervisors through setting expectations, developing process improvement plans and creating letters of expectations for employees.

Report misconduct or bullying behavior: We will intake employee concerns and evaluate the need for intervention or corrective action to be effectively resolved.

Where and how to file a report 

Labor and Employee Relations Specialists can help navigate employee issues and help to resolve conflicts.

This intake tool is for receiving reports of suspected waste, fraud, abuse, violations of policies and other critical high-risk violations.

Handles reports on UA employee injuries (including student workers), non-employee injuries, damaged property, damaged vehicles and unsafe conditions.

Investigates reports and concerns involving discrimination, Accessibility and Title IX.

UAOnline is the employee services portal used by all employees to submit their time sheets on a biweekly basis. In addition the interface contains employee pay stubs, tax information, and time-off balances. You can also update you personal information such as your address and phone number.

ComPsych is the University of Alaska's Employee Assistance Program Provider
