VSP Network: Single vision, lined bifocal, and lined trifocal lenses covered in full after $25 copay, frame of your choice up to $150, plus 20% off any out-of-pocket costs

Non-VSP provider: Reimbursement after $25 copay as follows:

Single vision lenses: Up to $50

Lined bifocal lenses: Up to $75

Lined trifocal lenses: Up to $100

Progressive lenses: Up to $75

Frames: Up to $70

VSP Network: Contact Lens Care program gives you a $150 allowance with no copay every other plan year, for the cost of your contacts and the contact lens exam (fitting and evaluation).

Non-VSP provider: Reimbursement up to $105

Extra Discounts and Savings

When you go to a VSP network doctor, you will receive an average of 30% - 45% savings on lens extras (such as scratch resistant and anti-reflective coatings and progressives), 30% off additional glasses and sunglasses, including lens options, from the same provider on the same day as your WellVision Exam, and a 20% discount when you purchase additional prescription glasses, including prescription sunglasses, from any VSP network doctor within 12 months of your last eye exam.
