1967-1968 Everett Boulden

Everett C. Boulden was born on February 6, 1922 in Chester, Pennsylvania. In 1939, Mr. Boulden graduated from Chester High School. A financial analyst for FMC (Food, Machines & Chemicals Corp.) for 47 years before retiring in 1986, Mr. Boulden began his career at American Viscose in Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania, where he worked from 1939 to 1954. He then moved to Alaska, where he was a controller of Ketchikan Pulp Co., a division of FMC, for 14 years. He transferred to Philadelphia and was a controller of film and fiber operations from 1967 to 1975. He was transferred to the corporate office in Chicago and was corporate reports manger until retiring in 1986. He founded Everett C. Boulden Consultants, in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, from 1988 until the present.  

Mr. Boulden was a member of Emertius National Association of Accounts and served on the board of regents at the University of Alaska after being appointed by Governor Whitehead in 1967. He was a former member of Alaska Employment Security Advisory Council from 1956 to 1958. He was one of the founders of the Alaska Chamber of Commerce and was secretary of the state Chamber of Commerce of Alaska, from 1959 to 1965. On June 26, 1954 Everett Boulden married Maude Clayton and had two children.

On February 27, 1997 Everett C. Boulden died at Allegheny Hospital, Philadelphia. He was 75.
