New Compensation Website

Have you had an opportunity to tour the most recent updates to the UA Compensation webpage? If not, please take a moment to scroll through the site. You will find that the webpage is not only more picturesque, but it is also much easier to navigate and find the information you seek.

In the center of the page, you will find the following three boxes: Classification, Compensation, and Benefits. Feel free to click on either of these boxes to gain an in-depth insight as to how each of these categories align with business transactions within UA.

The Classification box describes information on the following:

  • Job families
  • Position classifications
  • Position reclassifications

The Compensation box bestows information on the following:

  • Salary structure
  • Compensation requests
  • Compensation request forms

The Benefits box provides information on the following:

  • Medical, dental, & vision
  • Insurance coverages
  • Time off & holidays 

Make sure to check out the Job Families in the Classification category, Salary Schedules in the Compensation category, and the upcoming Benefit Events in the Benefits category.
