Welcome to the FY25 Wellness Plan Year! 

UA Benefits is in the process of onboarding UA’s new wellness vendor. Beginning October 1, 2024, employees will be able to login to the new portal to continue their FY25 wellness journey. More information on this process will be shared in our benefit newsletters over the coming weeks - so keep an eye out for more information!

What’s changing?

UA will implement a new vendor with employee access beginning on October 1, 2024. This means employees will be logging into a new portal to complete their wellness program activities. 

What is not changing?

Employees who are participating in the wellness program will still be required to complete a Health Risk Assessment and a biometric screening each year, along with completing several other wellness based activities (such as preventive screenings, activities, etc.). The point total remains at 8 to qualify for the wellness rebate in November 2025 (the 2 required activities and 6 additional points). While some of the activities won’t be available until we have fully onboarded the vendor, employees can begin working on their wellness points now by completing preventive visits.

November 2024 Rebate
Our current vendor (Zomo/PreventionCloud) will remain active until September 30, 2024. They will work on collecting the final point total for our plan year that ended on June 30, 2024. For those that completed the FY24 program, the rebate will be paid in November of 2024 - $600 for employees and $600 for spouses/FIPs. Remember, to be eligible for the rebate this November, participants must (1) have complete the program by June 30, 2024, (2) be an active employee (or be the spouse/FIP of an active employee) at the time the rebate is paid out, and (3) be enrolled in a UA Choice medical plan at the time the rebate is paid out.
