Exciting enhancements are coming soon to the Alaska 529 education savings plan!
On July 29th, Alaska 529 introduced an improved online account and mobile experience, complete with expanded gifting capabilities designed to make your experience smoother and more efficient.

Enhanced Online and Mobile Experience
Account management is now easier and more intuitive. We've updated our online and mobile features to provide advanced tools and a streamlined interface, allowing you to enjoy a more efficient account management experience. Plus, we've launched a new app that offers easy access to your account right at your fingertips.

New Online Gifting Tool
Ugift(R) lets you easily invite friends and family to contribute to your beneficiary's account. This tool comes with improved gift-tracking capabilities, ensuring that managing contributions in simpler and more secure than ever before.

Please visit Alaska529plan.com on or after July 29 to view the new and improved website. The plan will continue to offer unique benefits such as the UA portfolio's tuition value guarantee and a convenient withdrawal process that sends funds electronically to student accounts at UA.

Accounts were not accessible from July 25th - July 29th, during the conversion. If you currently have payroll direct deposit set up, you will receive transition instructions about direct deposit account information by mail after July 29th. We’ll share instructions on how to add that information to your UAOnline account in future benefit news.
