Wellness Plan Reminder

If you are on a UA Choice medical plan, remember to complete your Wellness activity points by June 30, 2024! Those who complete the program and are enrolled in a UA Choice medical plan next plan year have the opportunity to see a $600 rebate on a November paycheck. Remember - spouses/FIPs enrolled in a UA Choice medical plan with you have the opportunity to complete the program in their own right and earn $600, too!
