Fidelity Engagement Initiative

When employees are more engaged with their workplace retirement plans, they are more financially confident and knowledgeable – which directly correlates with greater employee financial wellness.  

During the week of March 28, 2024, some UA employees with foundational needs will receive an email communication to learn how Fidelity can help them feel confident in their financial situation so that they can be more focused on what matters most to them. There will be opportunities to learn more on NetBenefits®, explore what other types of resources Fidelity has to offer in our Life Events hub, or schedule an appointment or call our live team of Fidelity representatives to help navigate their options.
