Reminder to order your Biometric Home Test Kit

To order a biometric home test kit, log into the PreventionCloud portal and select “events”, click Join for Biometric Screening Home Test Kit and choose “order test kit” and fill out the required information. Home test kits can be ordered up until May 31 and must be returned no later than June 10 to receive credit for this program year.
