The winter holiday is almost here!

The winter holidays are almost upon us! Review the memo sent from UA HR in September which outlines the holiday closures in December. There are three days that fall in the hard closure - December 26, 27 and 30. During the hard closure employees must use annual leave, faculty time off (FTO), personal holiday, or leave without pay (LWOP). As always, be sure to confirm with your supervisor and HR Coordinator regarding department specifics. 

Additionally, please remember that time sheets will be due early for the R01 pay period that runs from December 15 - 28, 2024.

  • (EARLY deadline) R01: Employee submission deadline is 11:59 am, 12/19/2024
  • (EARLY deadline) R01: Supervisor/Approver deadline is 7pm, 12/20/2024
