Statewide Administration Assembly meeting slated for Sept. 19

The Statewide Administration Assembly will meet from 1:30-3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19. All Statewide employees are welcome to attend in person or via Zoom teleconference. The meeting will be held at Butrovich 204 in Fairbanks and Bragaw 210 in Anchorage.

How to start and schedule a meeting in Zoom

How to start a meeting The Gmail add-on allows you to start an instant meeting or schedule a meeting with your email participants in Gmail. The add-on will automatically send an email invitation to everyone on the email thread and can also send a meeting summary after the meeting is completed. Once the add-on is enabled for your account, it will appear on your desktop browser.

Zoom vulnerability for Mac users

A vulnerability published last week informed Mac users worldwide that the Mac Zoom Client allows any malicious website to enable your camera without your permission. Both Apple and Zoom have since responded to this vulnerability by releasing updates.
