Dear UA community,
Although it's been a tumultuous and busy year for all of us, I want to express my gratitude for your dedication and contributions to and passion for the University of Alaska. We make it through these challenging times by focusing on our mission and the students we serve. So, thank you for persevering.
I also want to wish each of you a very Happy Thanksgiving and encourage you to take the holiday break to rest, relax, get outdoors and reflect on our many blessings-- we are blessed with the opportunity to help our state, the university and, most importantly, each other. I know that I'm going to do my best to reflect and work to rejuvenate my spirit as well.
During this season of gratitude, I am deeply appreciative for all of you. Thank you.
