UA HR Expanding Brown Bag Sessions for Supervisors - 12 Noon (the 2nd and last Wednesdays of each month)
The expanded sessions will launch on the 2nd Wednesday of each month beginning July 13 and be evaluated for continuation based on participation and need. The 2nd Wednesdays will focus on remote work through September and we encourage all supervisors to join us. This will be a very casual hour that will be set aside for supervisors to discuss any remote work related questions. These may include any topics such as how to assess jobs for remote work, recruitment & retaining employees, challenges with flexible schedules, etc. Question? The last Wednesday of the month will continue to be set aside for supervisor conversations specific to Talent Acquisition related questions.
All supervisors are encouraged to join in on the Brown Bag Sessions for Supervisors.
