New Employee Assistance Program provider beginning July 1
The university will be switching Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers from Deer Oaks to ComPsych/Vivacity. Effective July 1, UA employees will need to contact ComPsych for any EAP needs from emotional support for mental health concerns, work-life solutions, to legal guidance, and financial resources.
UA HR Expanding Brown Bag Sessions for Supervisors
Mark your calendar! The expanded sessions will launch on the 2nd Wednesday of each month beginning July 13
Coming Soon! New Interface for UA HR Requests
As we bid a fond farewell to Spoke, effective July 1, 2022 HR employees and customers will have a streamlined interface (Enterprise Service management or ESM) for submitting requests via UA HR's website.
Annual Performance Reviews Due By 6/30/22
Supervisors are responsible for ensuring evaluations are completed for their team members by the fiscal year end.

Each month Human Resources provides an update on systemwide projects currently in process. The details of these projects are still being worked on and communication will also be sent to those directly impacted prior to the effective date of the change.
