UA HR Expanding Brown Bag Forum for Supervisors - 12 Noon
June 02, 2022
The expanded sessions will launch on the 2nd Wednesday of each month beginning July 13 and be evaluated for continuation based on participation and need.

Personal Holiday and Annual Leave Forfeiture Reminder

For employees who qualify for a Personal Holiday, it must be taken by June 18. Additionally, any unused annual leave in excess of 240 hours will be forfeited after June 30.

Coming Soon! New Interface for UA HR Requests

As we bid a fond farewell to Spoke, effective July 1, 2022 HR employees and customers will have a streamlined interface (Enterprise Service management or ESM) for submitting requests via UA HR's website.

Wellness program deadline June 30

The UA Wellness Program ends June 30 of this year. Each participant of the University of Alaska Wellness Program must earn a total of 7 activity points and complete the online health risk assessment and a biometric screening by June 30 to be eligible for the $600 wellness rebate.
