1. University of Alaska Southeast Sitka Campus Classroom/Laboratory Expansion, Phase I - Approval to Expend Funds from the Sale of the Former Islands Community College Site

"The Board of Regents approves the expenditure of proceeds from the sale of the Former Islands Community College Site for the University of Alaska Southeast Sitka Campus Classroom/Laboratory Expansion, Phase I, project. This motion is effective June 3, 1994."

2. Adoption of Regents Policy 04.05: Compensation

"The Board of Regents adopts proposed amended Policy 04.05 as set forth in Reference 3 of the agenda for the June 1994 meeting of the Board of Regents effective July 1, 1994, but that the adjustments provided for in that Policy be implemented in phases during the next two fiscal years in the following manner. Effective with the beginning of the pay period in which January 1, 1995, fall, all employees who are paid amounts below the beginning of the new range for their position grade shall be moved to step A of the new schedule. Normal annual adjustments contemplated by the proposed amendment to Regulation 04.05 as set forth in Reference 3 and bonus distributions provided for in amended Policy 04.05 will not be implemented before July 1, 1995. This motion is effective June 3, 1994."

4. Adoption of Regents Policy 03.01.01: Governance

"The Board of Regents rescinds its September 24, 1994, action adopting new Board of Regents Policy 03.01.01 effective July 1, 1994, and adopts in its place proposed Policy 03.01.01 as set forth in Reference 6 to be effective July 1, 1994, and that on July 1, 1994, existing Policy 03.01.01 and 03.01.02 be repealed. This motion is effective June 3, 1994."

5. Approval of FY95 Operating and Capital Budgets

"The Board of Regents accepts the 1994 appropriations as presented and authorizes the administration to prepare FY95 operating budgets consistent with these appropriations.
