Susan Moore
2007-2008
Susan received her teaching credentials at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She taught 6th grade for five years and 5th grade for one year for Anoka-Hennepin School District in Anoka, Minnesota. She taught multiple grades including 5th–8th and various subjects such as Math and Rosetta Stone Spanish for the Copper River School District in Glennallen, Alaska. Susan loves teaching math! She's taught math to grades 5-8 and also has experience with 6 Trait Writing, Step-Up to Writing, and Rosetta Stone.
"I love watching the students mature and gain confidence in themselves. When a student comes to me struggling in certain areas, I love to hear of their successes. I am looking forward to meeting new teachers and sharing ideas. New teachers come to the profession with enthusiasm, the latest ideas. I look forward to learning from them and at the same time sharing what has worked for me. I am excited about this new opportunity!"
