"Teaching is wonderful because it is a career of life-long learning. I enjoy bringing the excitement of learning new things to students, helping self-motivated students seek answers to their own questions, and knowing that each day will be a unique experience for my students and me. Students constantly surprise me with discoveries about themselves and the world! As a mentor I look forward to empowering new teachers to create a positive experience for themselves and their students that will lead to academic growth for students and teachers who gladly embark on a life-long career in education."
