2022 to Present
Born and raised in Alaska, Liane enjoyed teaching Middle School Science & STEM in
the Matanuska Susitna Borough School District for 27 years. She is a Teacher Ambassador
Alumni of the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum Teacher Innovator Institute
Program and presented at the 2019 NSTA Conference. Liane has a B.A. General Science
& K-8 Elementary Education and a M.Ed. Information Technology. She is excited about
this next adventure working with Early Career Teachers as an Alaska Statewide Mentor.
