"Teaching has been a very rewarding profession for me. I love how each student brings such a rich background and a variety of experiences that adds fresh enthusiasm into my classroom each year. Their enthusiasm is contagious! It is very gratifying to see the look of success and accomplishment on childrens' faces when they have achieved a hard worked for goal. Also, seeing that same look on the parents' faces as they have played a major part in helping their child succeed, is priceless. I am looking forward to serving as a mentor this year and helping to make a positive impact on student achievement and the teaching profession."
