Mentor Biography
Jeanette Hayden
Jeanette has a master's degree in Reading from the University of Akron, Ohio. She began her Alaska experience with the Bering Strait School District as Early Childhood Specialist and traveled to 15 different Alaska villages by small plane. She has taught all grades K-6 and been a Title 1 Reading Specialist, K, 1, 2 looping teacher in the Anchorage School District for the last 16 years.
