"Teaching is great because we get to learn along with the children, encourage them to think for themselves, and watch the light bulbs light up in that 'Ah-ha!' moment. I look forward to mentoring because I enjoy the energy that working with new people brings. I also enjoy learning alongside the new teachers and getting to know the diverse Alaskan cultures."
