Ashley Holloway
Gift Manager, UA Foundation

Ashley Holloway is the new gift manager for the UA Foundation. In her position, she is responsible for taking in gifts from donors. Gifts can vary from financial contributions to donations of real property or artwork.

Prior to joinging the UA Foundation, Holloway was the process server/office manager for North Country Process Inc. She also worked as a receptionist and performed other duties at Personnel Plus Inc.

Holloway was born and raised in Fairbanks. She attended Lathrop High School then moved on to UAF Tanana Valley College (now called UAF Community and Technical College), where she earned an Associate in Applied Busines degree, with an emphasis in entrepreneurship.

She is married to Russell Holloway, and they have two children: Tryton Holloway, 6, and Kenley Holloway, 15 months. The family enjoys the outdoors, summer dirt biking and winter snowmachining. She has enjoyed playing softball since age 5.�

Kyrstin Floodeen
Prospect Research and Management Analyst, UA Foundation

Kyrstin Floodeen will be working in the Anchorage office as the new Prospect Research and Management Analyst.

Floodeen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Whitman College in Washington state, where she also worked in the Annual Fund Office for two years until she graduated. She then went on to earn her Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of British Columbia.

Floodeen joins the UA Foundation most recently from the Anchorage Museum, where she worked as a library assistant in the Atwood Resource Center. Prior to that she worked at the Kenai Community Library, Anchorage Daily News and in other positions in the Anchorage Museum Atwood Resource Center.

Prospect research and management is a great field for those with library backgrounds. The Foundation staff is excited to have someone with Floodeen's background and skills join the Foundation team.

Floodeen lives in Anchorage with fiance and her shepherd-lab mix. She loves hiking, backpacking and getting outside, especially in the long days of summer!
