Thank you Judy! Happy Trails!

Judy Brainerd retires after 32 years at UA

Judy has been the consummate professional while working her entire career at the university. She attended UAF and first began as a student worker in 1975. She worked in various budget and finance positions at UAF until finally arriving in Statewide three years ago to serve as Senior Accountant and Debt Manager.

Friends and co-workers gathered in the BOR conference room on Sept. 16 to wish her farewell. Her final day at statewide was Sept. 17.

She'll be remembered for her positive and dedicated work ethic and her attention to detail. But, more than that she'll be missed as a great person and a team player. We wish her well in retirement, along with husband Steve, who will be spending lots of time four-wheeling in Montana.
