Support Hours of Operation
As a part of the University of Alaska’s COVID-19 response, some members of the OIT Service Desk are working remotely. We would like to encourage users to submit requests for assistance via email to helpdesk@alaska.edu or by using the ‘Chat with OIT’ or ‘Self-service’ options. Due to COVID-19, the Service Desk has limited capacity for walk-in support.
Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
