Support Hours of Operation


As a part of the University of Alaska’s COVID-19 response, some members of the OIT Service Desk are working remotely. We would like to encourage users to submit requests for assistance via email to helpdesk@alaska.edu or by using the ‘Chat with OIT’ or ‘Self-service’ options.

Nov 25th-26th: The Service Desk will be closed for the holiday.

Fall Remote Hours (Phone and Chat Support)

Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Fall Walk-In Hours (Bunnell 231 Location Only)

Due to UA's mask policy, the Service Desk has limited capacity for walk-in support.

Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday-Sunday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
