The Campus Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act of 1990, as amended, (known as the "Clery Act" ) and the 2008 Campus Fire Safety Right-to-Know Act require that colleges and universities provide timely warnings of crimes that represent a threat to the campus community, to publish an annual security report and an annual fire safety report, distribute the reports to all students and employees, and inform prospective students and employees about the reports.

Telephone dialing is changing in Alaska and across the nation. By October 24, 2021, local in-state calls will require the 3 digit area code + the typical 7 digit phone number for a total of 10-digits.
