  • UA Compensation Review

    UA Human Resources has completed the total compensation study. As part of the compensation study, market salary data was compiled for staff, faculty, and executives. Letters were being mailed out to individuals on Monday, 6/17/19. The letters provide employees with their position specific market median comparison. Also included is the methodology for both compensation and benefits comparisons.
