Welcome to the FY23 Wellness Program Year
September 16, 2022
The FY23 Wellness Program year is officially here! Like last year, you will need to complete the online health risk assessment, a biometric screening, and earn 5 additional points (a total of 7 points) by June 30, 2023 to qualify for the $600 wellness rebate ($1200 if your spouse/FIP completes the requirements as well).

2022 Disability Services Conference, Nov. 7-11

All University of Alaska system staff and faculty are cordially invited to attend the Disability Services Conference, Nov. 7-11, 2022. All sessions will be conducted via Zoom. Two sessions will be offered per day, as well as an open coffee chat with Disability Support Services staff.

Dial 988 to connect to Alaska mental health resources

The new 988 suicide and crisis hotline went live in Alaska and across the U.S. on July 16. Those in crisis can call or text the number and will be directly connected to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
