Reminder: FY25 Compensation Increases
This is a reminder about how and when compensation increases will be applied and appear on your paycheck.
Consistent with past practice and our CBAs, salary increases will be applied in the first full pay period of the fiscal year. For FY25, that pay period (R16) runs from July 14, 2024, to July 27, 2024, with a pay date of August 9, 2024.
- This is an unusual shift in pay period timing that will continue for the next several
years, but the application of increases is consistent with past practices. For specific
details regarding the dates and deadlines, please refer to the calendar attached to
this email. You can also refer to the calendar showcased on our website and posted to UA News on 5/17/24.
- Log into UAOnline after July 14 and visit the “Employee (Upgraded)” tab to see your new salary. Salary Schedules will also be updated here by July 14.
