Meet the HR Customer Service team in Fairbanks
HR Customer Service has offices in both Fairbanks and Anchorage to serve employees.
In Fairbanks, team members are onsite in the Butrovich Building from 8-5 Monday through Friday. To ensure we have the right team member(s) available
to assist, we encourage employees to call (907) 450-8200 or email ua-hr@alaska.edu in advance to make an appointment.
If you reside in a location other than Fairbanks, Anchorage, or are otherwise not
able to visit us in person, please reach out via phone, email or submit a ticket for
assistance.
