The 2024 National Educators Rising Conference/Competitions was held in Washington, D.C., June 27-30, with sixteen Alaska students finishing in the top ten.

The 2024 State Leadership Competitions and Conference was held at the UAS main campus in Juneau this year, with nearly 200 people attending!

AT&P and AK Department of Education and Early Development combined forces and held a Teacher Retention and Recruitment Convening in Anchorage, Feb. 29 and Mar. 1st, 2024.

After celebrating 20 years of serving new teachers across the state, ASMP was alerted in December that it had secured a $14.9 million dollar grant to mentor teachers new to Alaska.
