IGNITE: Individual Growth & New Ideas Through EPSCoR/INBRE is an annual professional
development workshop put on in collaboration with Alaska EPSCoR and Alaska INBRE that
brings together University of Alaska researchers, faculty, staff, and students for
inspiring and instructive presentations, keynote speakers, and discussion sessions.
Registration is limited. Register by December 4, 2024.

IGNITE is an annual professional development workshop that brings together University of Alaska faculty, staff, and students for two days of inspiring and instructive presentations, keynote speakers, and discussion sessions.
Science Olympiad
Spring
Alaska EPSCoR organizes the Alaska statewide Science Olympiad with the College of
Engineering and Mines and the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics. Teams of middle school students compete in hands-on science, STEM challenges. Winning
teams travel to compete at the national level.
