Future Teachers of Alaska
was transitioning into the Future Teachers of Alaska by March of 2010, always participating in the Future Educators Association events at the national level.

Of note: The National Education Association (NEA) initiated the Future Teachers of America (FTA) program in the first half of the last century. In 1994 Phi Delta Kappa International (PDK) formed the Future Educators of America (FEA). They changed the name to Future Educators Association (FEA) in 2005. By 2015, they changed the name to Educators Rising.
