Lauren Hartman takes on new role in UA Foundation

Lauren Hartman of the UA Foundation has accepted the new position at the Foundation of Insights and Reports Manager. In her new role, Hartman will provide valuable analytical insights related to fundraising operations at UA. Her focus will be on providing information that allow leadership to make data-driven decisions. Hartman is also one of UA's resident experts on the Tableau data visualization platform.�
Lauren Hartman has worked at the Foundation since fall of 2014. She first came to Alaska in the fall of 2012 to work as a fisheries biologist out of fishing ports in the Aleutians and Alaska Peninsula.

Hartman holds a Bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa and has taken classes at UAA in GIS.��
