Kelley Lassey has joined Statewide Human Resources to assist with and support implementation and maintenance of statewide software and processes.
Prior to joining the university she was a mediation intern for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Lassey was born in Washington, D.C., but grew up in Fairbanks. She attended Dixie State University in Saint George, Utah.
She is married and has three children. Lassey is also the PTA president at a local school. Her favorite hobby is traveling the world.

Human Resources Information Systems Specialist
Statewide Human Resources
Jennifer Parker has joined Statewide Human Resources as a information systems specialist. She will be helping the HRIS team to support HR processes through administration, implementation, and maintenance of HR Information Systems such as Banner, myUA and NextGen.�
Parker previously worked for Mid-America Christian University as the co-director of Library Services and circulation manager for the last 10 years. While working there, she completed her master’s in business administration in 2017. Her experience in customer service, databases and training will benefit the HRIS team as they continually strive to create collaborative and innovative ways to serve the university.
Parker enjoys reading, watching movies, playing games and hanging out with her family. Born in Kansas, Parker lived in the Midwest for most of her life until her family decided to move to Alaska for a change of pace and to be closer to family. She made the transition to Alaska in June 2018 and joined the HRIS team on August 13, 2018.

Office of Audit and Consulting Services
Joana Little has joined the Office of Audit and Consulting Services as an associate auditor. Prior to joining the university she worked as a senior associate at PriceWaterHouseCooper – PwC as an external auditor for four years, and after that worked for Lenovo Technology as an accounting analyst for about two years
Little was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She arrived in Fairbanks in October 2017 after moving from Georgia where her husband's family is from. Little earned a bachelor of accounting while in Brazil.
She is married and has a stepson and a little girl. Her husband works at the Geophysical Institute at UAF. Her parents are from China but they live in Brazil.
