Photo by Kate Wattum. Shearing is an learned skill that takes the pros about two minutes per sheep to shear. Underneath all this wool is our ram Weasley. My sheep need to be patient for about 30 minutes each. Wrangling a sheep is tricky business as these soft puffball looking creatures are very strong. We have three ewes, one ram and four lambs, which were born in mid-January.
