The HR Compensation/Classification department would like to welcome Heather Arana as a Compensation Analyst. Arana previously worked in HR Systems as a HR Systems Specialist. Just a few of her duties include data pulls/analysis, classification reviews, compensation reviews, surveys and recruitments.

Arana replaces Kim Perkins, who resigned to pursue other interests. She will begin her new position July 1, 2013. Please welcome Heather in her new role at the University of Alaska.
