Ann Kirk is responsible for compliance to payroll taxes, nonresident alien tax and immigration regulations. She also researches payroll and benefit tax issues in relation to compliance for the university system.
Before coming to Statewide Kirk was Senior Accountant at Wilson & Wilson CPAs.
She was born & raised in Fairbanks, Alaska and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She is currently seeking a Certified Public Accountant’s license.
Kirk enjoys playing coed softball in the summers and coed volleyball each spring.
Antonia Trice

Antonia Trice is the project manager and editor for UA’s Operating and Capital budgets and departmental travel coordinator. She also assists with the Redbook and Yellowbook publications.
Trice has worked as a student employee at the University since May 2007 and began working as a student in Statewide Planning and Budget in October 2008.
She was born in Fort Polk, Louisiana. An Army brat, a.k.a Military Dependent, she moved around a bit as a child, living in both Ansbach, Germany and Fort Bliss, Texas before moving to Alaska in the summer of 1994. She has lived here ever since.
Trice has been attending UAF full time since the Fall 2006 semester and is still enrolled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Justice. She plans to graduate in May 2011.
When not occupied with school or work she enjoys spending time with family and vacationing out of Alaska whenever possible. After 15 winters, she's still not accustomed to the cold.
