Have you ever wanted to check your MeetingMaker calender, but not been at your desk?
If you have an active internet connection, and web browser you can!
Go to https://meetingmaker.uaf.edu/mmclient/
Log in with your MeetingMaker Userid and Password.
(If you are not sure what the password is call the Help Desk at 450 8300, or 1.800.478.8226 if you are traveling).
You can check your meetings, work with your proxies, contacts, to do list...

Recently Completed IT Service Management Training and certification
OIT brought in a professional training group during the first two weeks of November to train IT staff from OIT and UAF in the Information Technology Infrastructure Library version 3 (ITILv3). ITIL is an international standard that other universities use to improve their services. ITIL originated in Great Britain and has become a de-facto standard. The goal for the class was to provide a base to make IT more valuable by improving services through ITIL best practices adoption.
Participants included the OIT CITO, OIT Directors, OIT Managers, the entire Support Center staff, and many operational leads. Other participants included staff from the Arctic Region Super Computing Center, the Geophysical Institute, the Center for Distance Education, Tanana Valley Campus, MatSu Campus, Bristol Bay Campus, Northwest Campus, and the Kuskokwim Campus. The class provided participants with a fundamental level of understanding in ITILv3. Each participant had the opportunity to take the ITILv3 Foundations certification exam.
