The University of Alaska Land Management Office (UALM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan to issue a land use permit at or above fair market value on University of Alaska land.

listed below by no later than 5:00 P.M. on Monday, August 12, 2024, to be considered.

Disposal Plan
The University of Alaska (“University”) intends to issue a land use permit authorizing the temporary use of University land for a drive-thru coffee stand and storage structure. The coffee stand is located on the corner of Geist Road and Loftus Road in Fairbanks, Alaska. The permit term will be for two years while a long-term lease can be negotiated. The permit fee will be at or above fair market value with an annual increase throughout the permit.
This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
