The program capitalizes on Alaska's abundant open space, unique air permissions, and investor-friendly climate to explore cutting-edge flight systems. Areas of current exploration include supply chains, personal mobility, agriculture, security, information management, and preservation.

Partnerships include NASA, Lockheed Martin, State of Alaska, FAA, U.S. Air Force, Pacific Command, U.S. Coast Guard, Alyeska Pipeline, and several natural resource development companies.
