University of Alaska Board of Regents to meet January 15
The University of Alaska Board of Regents will hold a meeting of the full board, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, January 15. The agenda includes leadership reports, advocacy efforts, the system office structure, and an update on an initiative to address the success of Alaska Native and Indigenous students, faculty, and staff. The board also will be briefed on a report to the legislature on teacher education [the SB241 report], and consider other action items.
