COVID-19 testing and vaccine resources

With COVID-19 cases on the rise and our communities feeling the strain on healthcare resources, now is the time to stay safe! Remember to wear a mask while in public spaces, wash your hands regularly or use hand sanitizer and research local testing and vaccine options! 

Here is some information about testing and vaccine options at our three main campuses:

UAF will host additional drop-in flu and COVID-19 vaccine clinics Jan. 11-12 from noon-8 p.m. at the Patty Center. You can also get tested in Fairbanks on the Troth Yeddha’ Campus. The Beacon testing site is located in the Nenana parking lot and is open Monday-Saturday, 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., with extended hours until 8 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday.

Additionally, UAF Student Health and Counseling is offering COVID-testing (same day results) and COVID Vaccination to any UAF student.  To be eligible, individuals need to be taking at least 1 course.  Web-based appointments are available through the patient portal:  https://uafchc.uaf.edu/login_directory.aspx. Students can also call (907)474-7043 to schedule an appointment.  

COVID-19 vaccines available weekdays by appointment for UAA students and employees at the Student Health and Counseling Center. Call us at 907-786-4050. We're open Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Students, staff and faculty at the UAS Juneau campus can find information on vaccines by visiting the City and Borough of Juneau website.
