UA Makes a Mark at Arctic Encounter Symposium

Last week, University of Alaska President Pat Pitney, along with several other representatives of our three universities, attended the Arctic Encounter Symposium.
The Arctic Encounter Symposium is the flagship event of Arctic policy conferences in the United States.
President Pitney delivered an address to the 400-member delegation, highlighting the many accomplishments the UA system has made in Arctic research, economic development and workforce training.
