Finance upgrades now available in UAOnline

As part of ongoing Banner 9 enhancements, new finance functionality is now live in UAOnline. This update introduces a streamlined, user-friendly way to access and manage real-time financial information directly from the upgraded finance section.

What’s new?

• Modern Dashboards: View live financial data in an updated, web-based interface accessible from your phone, tablet, or computer.
• Customizable Queries: Use shared templates or create your own custom queries to save directly to your dashboard.
• Enhanced Reporting: Generate detailed financial reports and export data to Excel with ease.

This new tool is designed to assist Deans, Directors, Department Managers, Principal Investigators (PIs), and others in efficiently monitoring budgets and expenditures across the organization.

How it works:
To access the upgraded features, log in to UAOnline, navigate to the Finance (Upgraded) section, and select the My Finance Query option. From there, you can modify a shared template or build new custom queries tailored to your needs.
