University System Office launches new process improvement initiative
January 10, 2025
We are excited to announce the kickoff of a comprehensive process improvement effort at the University. The University has partnered with Professional Growth Systems and this initiative aims to enhance our operational efficiency and service delivery, ensuring we continue to meet the evolving needs of our community.
As part of this initiative, we will be offering two types of training sessions:
Universal Training: This short overview event is designed for all system office staff. It will provide a broad understanding of the process improvement principles and the benefits they bring to our daily operations and help to create the language that will be used through all projects. Attendance is highly encouraged for everyone to gain insight into the upcoming changes and how they will impact our work. Sessions will be offered in person at Butrovich and Bragaw. Virtual options will also be offered.
Intensive Training: This specialized training is intended for selected participants from all three universities and the system office, who will lead future process improvement projects. Participants will receive in-depth training on using the Process Advantage® methodology to make organizational change, equipping them with the skills needed to drive process improvement across the system.
We believe that these training sessions will empower our staff with the knowledge and tools necessary to foster a culture of excellence and innovation. Stay tuned for further details on the training schedules and how you can participate.
