The word is out! UA Employee Experience Survey Results are Published

The University of Alaska has released the initial results of the Employee Experience Survey conducted last fall. More than 1,900 employees across the UA System participated.

The toplines of this year’s survey can be reviewed here, and are largely consistent with last year’s results. UA employees can access the Employee Experience Survey Results by clicking the button on this page. You must use your UA Credentials to log in; troubleshooting information and access guides are also available there.

Supervisors with 10 or more employee responses will receive additional data to help preserve anonymity while supporting team-level follow-up.

What’s Next
UA and university leadership are developing strategies and action plans to address specific areas for improvement, building on existing initiatives. The survey will now be conducted every other year, with the next one planned for Academic Year 2027. Further engagement opportunities will be shared by Chancellors and System Office leadership.
