Supporting Our Juneau Community: How to Help
August 18, 2023
As many of you are aware, the recent glacial flooding in Juneau has affected the lives of numerous community members, including some within our University of Alaska family. In the face of this challenge, we can rally together and show our support.
Nathan Bishop and Amanda, members of our UA community, have been directly impacted by this natural disaster and are currently displaced.
A GoFundMe campaign has been established to aid Nathan, Amanda and their family as
the navigate the aftermath. If you are in a position to contribute, your support can
make a tangible difference in helping them navigate the aftermath and rebuild their
lives.
