Zoom Recording Cleanup

Hello UA Zoom Users, 

We need your help. 

Since August 2019, UA has ballooned Zoom cloud storage usage from 15% to 86%. At our current pacing, we will exhaust our available storage in the next 10 weeks.

Please review your Zoom cloud recordings and delete (or download & delete) all recordings that are not actively in use.  For instructions on how to delete/download your recordings click here.


In some cases, users may be able to reduce the impacts of cloud recording usage by deselecting unnecessary recording options. Also, any recordings that include screen sharing will have a considerably larger resolution and thus take up more space; consider sharing a smaller portion of your screen by sharing a single application in a smaller window.
